Oakland at the Mecum auction Pebble Beach 2021

On my annual trip to Car Week on Monterey, I spotted a 1929 Oakland Sedan for sale at the Meecum auction.  It was a no reserve sale and I was very interested in what the car would bring....

It was a nice car.  The restoration was a bit old and the paint was starting to crackle a bit.  That said, $23,500 plus auction fees.
