Board Meeting Held 10/4/2023 at Hershey at 3:00 P.M.

Reading of minutes:
- Marsha Keiter, Secretary read minutes of last meeting from October 5, 2022. Motion to accept theminutes by Ralph Hamilton and seconded by Dave Tollner.
- Will have a rental company set up tent in Hershey each year.
- Tent: The tent company, Golden Tent price went up from $720 to $840. We also rented a table and some chairs for $30. We have enough money from dues and sale of rugs to cover tent cost. Golden tent does not want our old tent. We need to pick up the tent from them and sell it. It is 8 years old and worth $2,500. We need to list it on craigslist or Meta for $2,500. Wayne will look for a picture of the tent. Ralph made a motion to sell the club tent and Dave seconded it.
- Club Store: Jackets and merchandise are too expensive to carry. A one-off vendor (Printful) will have these available and members can pay through Pay Pal, credit or debit card and a portion goes to the club. We need to include in the newsletter information on where to get shirts. We also need to fix the website, so it is easier to find the club store. Wayne will talk to Robert about a link to the Club Store on our website. Ralph made a motion to use Printful and Dave seconded it.
- Hershey cars: Members with a car in the Hershey tent can make a donation to put their car in the tent, but they really are not expected to pay.
- The 2024 tour will be in Auburn IN in April. Details will be discussed at the general meeting.
- Annual dues of $30.00 are sufficient to cover expenses.
- The club insurance with JC Taylor was renewed.
- Club member Bill Evenden passed away in December 2022 and had a 1910 Oakland.
